"Wrong order"
Ordered a pair of trainers, came quickly, but i received the wrong shoe and the wrong size (the box was correct but completely different shoe inside). Have to return and reorder - I got a 15% discount off my next order for the inconvenience, but put off from ordering in the future.

"Terrible Customer Service"
Placed order, waited 3 weeks for package which never arrived and was then given a refund with no explanation or apology. Emailed for explanation but no response received.

"On two occasions I have placed orders…"
On two occasions I have placed orders and they never arrived and seems to have got lost in the post. They refunded the order and gave a discount code (although I already get student discount so not much different) but I’m not going to run the risk of ordering again and it doesn’t arrive and waiting several weeks just in case. Lost all trust in this company.

"Extremely poor"
Extremely poor, these guys outsource their support god knows where. There is no communication and when they finally respond to your email it’s just a generic answer solving nothing. Their website is a complete crap. Not recommended!

"I admit defeat"
I admit defeat! It is literally impossible to place an online order with this company. I have had 22 error messages this morning whilst trying to place an order for 2 things. Finally, just as I was getting somewhere the currency suddenly turned into dollars from sterling and the site then went down totally for maintenance. It's 2023, how can an ordering system be so faulty?

"H&M."
Ordered a plain white T shirt that was advertised as superior quality. Didn’t realise until check out that this lot is actually part of H&M. Quality poor, style shapeless. Pretty much what I could have bought in an H&M store.

"Mens fabric quality is terrible"
I have bought many T shirts and sweatshirts in the last year. All of which last a month maybe two before holes and tears appear. I even wrote Arket and have received no response.

"Pleasantly surprised!"
Having read the reviews on here, I was apprehensive about ordering from Arket. However, my experience with them has been great. My order was coming from the Netherlands and arrived in 7 days. I emailed Arket who replied the same day.
There are comments on here about poor returns, but my order arrived with a returns label (which wasn’t needed as my item is lovely)
I will definitely buy from Arket again.

"I love Arket"
I love Arket - it's an addiction that I really should quit. If high quality, minimal basics made using great materials are your thing; then Arket is for you. I have never had a bad customer service experience - perhaps customer service has improved since the previous reviews; but I have bought regularly from them over the last year - I'm a chronic returner and I've never had an issue.

"Go to the physical store- to be safe"
I got my Arket blazers from the physical shop, which I recommend, since they are VERY different compared to your normal European ones ( luckily not smaller, but bigger). Anyway, that's not such a big deal once you figure it out how they work.
After seeing some good wool ethical produced items ( that I also bought), I have to say I was thinking it will become one of my favourite shops, until I saw that the back of blazers colars are unfinished. I don't understand how is that acceptable. Also inside of pants are so unfinished they look like workers didn't have time to finish them. Definitely didn't get those tailored pants.
So I gave 3 stars because the materials + fit, design are very good. But the execution of the clothes was really bad quality due probably to reduced costs. You can see that the unfinished clothes are like that because they have to look like that, not as a mistake. Maybe Arket calls this "cool" but it's not. It looks like you paid 160 euros for an unfinished blazer/pants. Sets fashion quality standards super low. Also, I was trying some amazing looking skinny jeans and a part of it popped out ( metal part) while I was dressing them. So happy I saw that before buying them.
So altogether I would recommend Arket if:
- you get some properly finished products from them
- you study very much the quality ( materials, fastening, accessories, materials thickness)
- you shop only in the physical store, not online ( most products look amazing online and when you see them in real life they are sooo thin or unfinished)

"I placed an order 11 days ago and…"
I placed an order 11 days ago and nothing - it hasn’t been sent yet. Customer service is useless, so awful experience. Never again

"Delivered to wrong address"
The parcel was delivered to a completely different address, which I could see from the Evri delivery photo.
The “customer service” told me to go and collect it from the address, despite me not knowing where it was delivered. So, the item was NOT delivered to the address I provided at checkout and somehow that’s my problem to sort out.
I paid £5 delivery only for my parcel to be delivered to an incorrect address - awful customer service. I will not be buying from here again!

"dreadful customer service"
no customer service at all. My son purchased a gift card and was told in store that it could be spent on line. After numerous calls to customer services and raising a case with them. They said there is nothing they can do. I cannot spend the gift card and they couldn't be bothered to even make any efforts to rectify the issue. I would have accepted any offer of help. They just repeat 'nothing we can do'. I will never use them again.

"Delivery took over 2 weeks."
Bought items online worth over £330. Was given an estimated timescale of 5-7 days. Called after 9 days and they advised it was 'business days' - despite their couriers (Evri) delivering on the weekend. Contacted again after it still hadn't arrived and wasn't given any help. Said I would note my experiences on trust pilot and was immediately called by a customer service rep and offered a massive 10% off my next shop. Never intend to use them again so won't be needing that. When companies like ASOS can guarantee next day delivery every time, why can't a global leader like H&M get online ordering remotely right?
