I was mainly just looking forward to trying it on, so the first thing I noticed was that the size was wrong. I didn’t really check much else after that because it wasn’t what I ordered.

The refund did come through eventually, but it was slower than I expected. I kept checking my account and—okay, maybe I was being a little impatient, but it definitely felt like it took longer than it should have.

The quality is alright overall, and I haven’t had any major issues, but the prices do feel a little high sometimes. I kind of wonder if they’re charging more because of the brand or location, though I don’t really have anything to base that on. It’s not bad, just not always sure it feels worth the cost.

I’m not sure if it was just a glitch, but the filters kept resetting while I was browsing, which got annoying really fast. It almost felt like they were trying to make me look through more stuff instead of just narrowing things down. Checkout wasn’t much better either, it felt slow, a bit confusing, and like there were extra steps for no clear reason...

I had to return a jumper because it didn’t fit, and honestly... the process was straightforward. The online form was easy to use, and I got my refund in about a week. I do think the updates could’ve been a bit clearer, but overall it wasn’t a big issue.

I kind of forgot about it after I started using it, which is probably the best sign because it just keeps working and I haven’t had to mess with it or worry about anything. It lasts like it’s supposed to, maybe even better than I expected, and so far no problems, no weird issues, nothing annoying popping up. Just solid overall.

Ordered from arket.com and the packaging was good. The box showed up in nice condition and the clothes were folded neatly inside, so whoever packed it did a solid job there. It all felt simple and clean, not overdone, and I was glad they didn’t stuff it with loads of plastic. Only thing is, they definitely could’ve picked a smaller box for what I ordered, because it felt a bit unnecessary. But everything arrived safe in the end, so I can’t really blame them too much.

I really wanted to like this, but it fell apart after just two washes. I wasn’t doing anything crazy with it either, just normal laundry, which is kind of the whole point, right? Disappointing and not something I’d buy again.

I ordered a jumper from arket.com and it wasn’t quite what I thought I was getting. The page made it look thicker and more oversized, but in person it felt much lighter and the fit wasn’t really the same vibe. The colour was also duller than the photos, which was disappointing. Delivery was fine, so no issue there, but I really don’t like having to go through returns because the product info wasn’t clear in the first place. For the price, I expected the description and photos to be more accurate. It also feels like no one really takes ownership of making sure the listing matches the actual item, which is frustrating

I had a good feeling about the shop as soon as I walked in, and the staff were genuinely helpful. The only thing that threw me off a bit was the fitting room queue, which took longer than I expected. Overall, nice place, but I’d probably go when it’s less busy next time.

I do really like the style of Arket clothes, they look clean and easy to wear. But the quality for me been a bit mixed. Some of the cotton tops feel nice, but a couple got kinda rough after washing them. For the price I was expecting a little better honestly. It’s not bad, just not amazing either
